Criterium, Inc. Expands India Office and Headquarters Staff
(Saratoga Springs, NY – March
11, 2008) – As a result of a dramatic increase
in clinical studies awarded for management by Criterium, Inc.’s
Pune, India regional office, the following new personnel have joined
its staff:
- Dr. Vikrant Korde joins Criterium India as a
Clinical Research Associate. Dr. Korde has substantial clinical
trial experience, including 16 Phase II and III multinational oncology
trials. Dr. Korde holds degrees in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery,
an MBA in Marketing, and a Master of Science from the Institute
of Clinical Research (India).
- Mr. Swapnil Shewale joins Criterium India as
a Project Assistant. Mr. Shewale holds a degree in Pharmacy, and
comes to Criterium from Baxter India Pvt. Ltd. of Delhi where he
served as a key accounts manager.
- Mr. Nikhil Kajale joined Criterium India as a
Clinical Research Associate in December 2007. Mr. Kajale holds a
Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Microbiology, both from Mumbai
University. He is also currently pursuing an Industry Program in
Clinical Trial, Research & Administration from the Bioinformatics
Institute of India. Mr. Kajale came to Criterium from SRL Ranbaxy
Labs of Mumbai where he served as a study coordinator.
- Ms. Garima Singh joined Criteirum India as a
Project Trainee in September 2007, and was promoted to Clinical
Research Associate in December. Ms. Singh holds a Master of Science
degree in Biochemistry from Bangalore University, a Bachelor's in
Chemistry from University of Delhi, and is also currently pursuing
a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research at the Institute of
Clinical Research.

At Criterium headquarters in Saratoga Springs, NY
USA, Ms. Susan Blackburn has joined the data team as a Clinical Data
Liaison to support Criterium’s newly awarded studies throughout
the globe. Ms. Blackburn holds a degree in Psychology from Boston
University, and has previously worked in clinical research at Pfizer,
Omnicare Clinical Research and Neurological Associates of Albany.
