Criterium, Inc. Announces
Opening of Fifth Office
New office in The Netherlands
is the portal for Criterium to expand clinical trial
services throughout Europe.
(SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY, December 12,
2005) – Criterium, Inc., a global technology-based
contract research organization
with in-depth experience in providing clinical
research solutions, will officially open the doors
to their office in Berghem,
The Netherlands December 15th.
Criterium has been managing clinical
trials in Europe for over five years using their proprietary
central management system StudyControl©. The decision
to open an office there demonstrates Criterium’s
strategy to establish offices in locations where Criterium
has successfully provided technology-enhanced services
to clients.
Criterium Europe is a venture between
Criterium, Inc. and IMRO TRAMARKO, an established European
CRO. President of IMRO TRAMARKO, Peter Monster, founded
the company in 1988 in The Netherlands. President and
Founder of Criterium, Inc., John
Hudak, is confident that this alliance will allow
both companies to strengthen the services provided in
Europe. “Opening a local office allows our team
to build stronger relationships with qualified investigators
and vendors in the area as well. Combining IMRO TRAMARKO’s
18 years of international experience in Europe with
Criterium’s global experience and technological
infrastructure positions us to handle larger clinic
al research projects,” says Hudak.
Opening this office marks the end
of a very progressive year for Criterium, Inc. Criterium
has expanded from three offices to five around the world
and added 28 professionals committed to Criterium’s
